Refund Policy

Welcome to OLIST (accessible via https://olist.in). By subscribing to any of our business packages or processing a payment on our platform, you explicitly agree to the following terms regarding your service validity, verification requirements, and our strict non-refundable policy structure.

Plan Validity & Term Duration
All premium listing plans, advertising packages, and business directory subscriptions purchased through our portal are valid for exactly one (1) full year (365 days) starting from the precise date the plan is applied and activated on your account.

At the conclusion of the 1-year service window, your premium features will automatically expire unless a manual renewal transaction is completed.

Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All Sales Are Absolute and Final: OLIST operates a strict no-refund policy under any circumstances.

Once a premium plan, business verification package, or advertisement slot is activated on our servers, you cannot request a refund at any cost.

Because our programmatic infrastructure instantly allocates server space, search visibility indexing assets, and local SEO optimizations immediately upon transaction completion, the service is considered fully consumed. Change of mind, accidental purchases, or lack of external business leads will not qualify for a refund or credit adjustment.

Compulsory Proof of Payment & Claim Liabilities
Verification Mandate: To confirm any transactional claim, the customer must provide valid, unedited documentary proof of payment. This compulsorily includes a clear screenshot of the successful transaction breakdown alongside the respective Bank Transaction ID, UPI UTR Number, or Payment Gateway Reference String.

Liability Limitation: OLIST explicitly disclaims all liability for any missing funds, payment claims, or account disputes if the customer fails to produce the mandatory payment screenshot and verified transaction tokens. If clear proof is not provided to our verification desk, OLIST is not liable for any claim or compensation regarding the payment.

Dispute Resolution & Direct Support
If you experience a network drop or a technical error where funds were debited from your bank account but your plan was not updated, do not open external banking chargebacks. Reach out directly to our billing desk with your mandatory payment screenshot for manual activation:
